1. Are your products edible?
Yes. All our products are edible and made from 100% fruit. There are no additives, colouring, sugar or preservatives such as sulphur-dioxide or citric acid added to any of our products. All our products are certified organic and non-GMO, so even the skin and rind can be consumed safely. The products go through a vigorous washing process without the use of any chemicals and handled and processed in a pristine commercial kitchen facility.
2. How are your products dried? Are they freeze-dried, Sun-dried or else?
We dry all our products in commercial dehydrators through a slow dry process in low temperature settings. This ensures the nutritional values, colour and textures are preserved and not destroyed in the drying process.
3. What are the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of approximately 1 to 2 years from the date of production. Please refer to best before dates on the packaging.
4. What is the recommended storage method?
As there are no preservatives in our products, to maximize the product shelf life, we recommend keeping the products in a sealed container in a dry and cool place with low humidity.
