In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please note after the 3 days period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. For eligible returns please ensure that: 

  • The items are unused and in the same condition shipped.
  • The items are in the original packaging and are unsealed and unopened.

 The following items cannot be returned:

         ⁃        Personalized items or custom orders made to the customer specifications altering the products. All other custom orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if all return conditions above are met. Some conditions apply. Please inquire at the time of order.

         ⁃        Items that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

 We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
